How much are workshops?

Each work shop is priced per person. Prices vary depending on what you are making and where it is located. Most workshops start at £25/£35 per person.

How do I book?

There are two ways to book.

To make a private group booking:

Contact me with your private group booking requirements, links to the venue websites have been provided so you can choose the best venue for you and your group. If you would like to make a private group booking please use the contact form and include which workshop you require, at which venue and the date and number of people it is for. Once your requirements have been confirmed, the £100 deductible (non refundable) deposit can be paid via the ‘Hen Party Workshop’ page. Your balance is due 2 weeks before your party date.

make an individual booking by selecting an existing running workshop. These are listed on each workshop page and will vary in availability. A payment button is available for you to make your purchase. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for more T&C’s regarding bookings.

How long are workshops?

On average most one day workshops take between 2-3 hours with a 30-60 minute break in- between to enjoy refreshments. Some classes may be offered over a few weeks if they are particularly time consuming.

What’s included in the price?

All the materials you will need to tackle your creation, tuition and refreshments. Refreshments vary depending on the workshop and venue so be sure to read all the information provided for each workshop. You also get to take your wonderful creation home with you. If you don’t finish, not to worry, I can package up some materials for you to take away with you to finish in your own time.

Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Of course. Be sure to let me know at the time of booking and arrangements will be made to cater for you or your group at no extra cost.

Do you serve alcohol?

Maybe a mulled wine or two in the festive season depending on the venue. If you require something special for your group booking please ask.

How many people are in each class?

6-15 people per class is a good number to work with. However if your numbers fall above or below this, please contact me to see if you can be accommodated.

Do you cater for Hen parties, Birthday parties, celebrations?

Absolutely! Many hen parties are exchanging ‘L’ plates for pliers these days and getting down right crafty! Your group can choose from the workshops listed or if you have a specific theme in mind, this can be catered for in most cases. So for example, I could tailor your materials to match the colour scheme of the wedding, or if it’s the bridal party – why not make your own accessories for the big day?! Bridesmaid combs, Bridal headdress or matching belts. Contact me with your requirements.

Do you accept deposits for Hen parties/large groups?

Yes. I know rallying the troops can be hard at the best of times so a non-refundable deposit of £100 will secure your workshop date and venue. This will be deducted from the overall balance which will be due 2 weeks before your workshop date.

I am no longer able to attend a workshop I have booked, what happens now?

Unfortunately workshops are non refundable but they are transferable so if you’ve found someone to take your place just let me know. If a class is over-subscribed, in some cases you may be offered an alternative date if there is one available.

Workshop Cancellations

Workshops are very popular but in the event that minimum numbers are not reached regrettably the workshop will not go ahead and you will be refunded in full. If this does happen you will be notified via email one week before the workshop date at the latest and refunded via Paypal or your original payment method.

What does TBC mean?

If a work shop has not met the minimum number of people to go ahead then ‘To be confirmed’ or ‘TBC’  will be displayed in the workshop description. This is to give you an indication of the likelihood of the workshop going ahead. Please note that new workshops added will most likely start off with a ‘TBC’ status.

Why can’t I book onto a workshop?

If you can see a workshop available but are unable to purchase it, sorry this means maximum numbers have been reached.

I hope I’ve answered all your queries, but if I’ve missed anything please just message me via the contact form and I will be in touch as soon as possible.
